We’re Sorry to See You Go!
Hang on! If you’ve tried AP with Canvas SpeedGrader or Google Docs and “it doesn’t work” have you tried:
- Refreshing any open Canvas/Google Docs/whatever pages before trying?
- MOST IMPORTANTLY, before using AP have you added a comment to a SpeedGrader document or Google Doc the way you always would, THEN used AP to add a prewritten comment from a Library?
Some users assume that AP will actually create annotations…it doesn’t. It speeds your ability to add text to existing comment bubbles or rich text editors using your favorite tools’ existing commenting features.
It means a lot to us that you discovered 11trees and took the time to try Annotate PRO. If you’re uninstalling our Chrome Extension we must not have met your needs and goals.
As a small company it is crucial that we get candid feedback from users and potential users. Please take a moment to complete this brief survey so we can learn from your experience and get better at meeting and exceeding the needs of users like you.
Remember: you can always come back! It takes seconds to reinstall AP from the Google Chrome Webstore or Microsoft Office Store.
