AP Toolbars

Annotate PRO’s toolbars allow quick access to favorites, search, and other tools. Toolbars can be placed on the right, at the top, or in both spots on your screen. You can configure them to fit your workflow and the tools you’re using.

Toolbar sitting next to or above Google Docs

Toolbars provide convenient access to Favorites, Search, History, and Translate – depending on your license level. The + icon at the top of the toolbar also allows you to add new content to your Libraries in a pop-up window. Toolbars are convenient, but you can turn them off and just use the ALT-A path to open AP’s main interface in the Chrome toolbar (or just click the ‘A’).

Double Wide Sidebar

AP+ and Institutional users can make their toolbar double wide so you can see more Favorites, more Groups and Sub-Groups, and get a bigger view into Search. Turn on Double Wide from the Gear menu, then Settings/Toolbars and checkDouble Wide.” Then refresh your current web page.

Double the space for your Favorites!
