Clicking ‘Customize’ Doesn’t Bring Up My Comment Library (Windows Users)

Users of Annotate for Windows might feel that the Customize button is not working because the Comment Library does not appear.

Usually the issue is that multiple documents are open in Word, and the Comment Library has appeared in the first one opened.

The Comment Library only appears in one Word document, to avoid having duplicate versions of the Library (which could lead to confusion).

So if you click Customize and nothing happens, check the other open Word documents to see if your Comment Library is available.
