Annotate PRO for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

If you are experiencing issues please check the AP beta page – we often offer an early release version of AP that you can quickly install and try. Your account and data will be the same.
Google Docs users get endless "Ruh-roh" messages and comments don't insert
AP inserts blank comments into Google Docs
We’ll be improving the experience in our next release. Try the AP beta for an immediate fix. You can easily move between beta versions of AP and the production version. Your account and data will be the same.
AP "doesn't work" - doesn't add text to a page
Every time you save changes to your AP content the 'welcome' page opens
We’ll be fixing this issue in our next release. You can stop the issue immediately if you log out of AP and then log back in.
When using AP Forms you receive a generic error message
Please update to the latest beta to obtain a fix to this problem.
Annotate PRO for Microsoft Word
Documents issues affecting users of the Annotate PRO add-in for Microsoft Word including Windows, macOS and Word online (web version).
Can't log in to the AP Word add-in with Microsoft one-click
The AP Word app does not yet support Microsoft one-click login. We’re working on it! If you need to use AP with both Microsoft Word and Google Chrome, and you’ve signed up with Microsoft one-click via the Chrome Extension, contact us to sort it out.
