Since launching in 2023, educators have used AP’s Checklists feature to create detailed feedback in less time. Today, we’re announcing updated Checklists for the web-based AP Feedback Builder and making the feature free for all until January 31, 2025.
What are Checklists?
AP+ and institutional AP users can create Comments that pop up simple forms, including lists of feedback items, to quickly create personalized feedback for learners. In the animation below, notice how the teacher generates a detailed response, including explanations of particular citation rules, and adds it to a Google Doc with just a few clicks.
What is the Feedback Builder?
You create and edit AP content in the AP web experience which includes a Build Feedback menu option. It’s a great way for casual AP users to toss helpful comments into their clipboard, then paste them anywhere. AP’s Feedback Builder works well on a phone’s mobile browser, giving you access to your comment banks when you’re on the go.
Now you can open an AP Checklist via Feedback Builder and keep it open, using it over and over. You can open multiple Checklists and use them to create feedback, communications – any text. Crafting end-of-term comments, parent feedback, or narrative feedback on a big project has never been easier! To celebrate, and help you experiment, Checklists are free for all users through January 31, 2025.
