That’s why as a company we’ve committed to supporting projects that help offset our impact. This decision is driven by our team members’ passion for nature.Â
Our team members are also personally involved with many different efforts on an individual level. From involvement with Bush 2 Base, a research group focused on human-chimpanzee-environmental interaction to content authors for the Birds of the World project we are passionate about wildlife.Â
That’s why, when presented with an opportunity to help out starting in August 2024, 11trees offered to donate the ongoing use of paid software tools to assist the Wild Bird Research Group. The Wild Bird Research Group is a non-profit based in New Jersey, USA with research stations in New Jersey, North Carolina, and Costa Rica. They study the migration of migratory songbirds and owls; their research on owl migrations has been groundbreaking in developing new techniques to understand how and where Short-eared Owls migrate. 11trees is a proud partner of the WBRG mission to study and protect birds.
