Why do I sometimes see duplicate dropdown menus?
Some users have reported that, after periods of extended use, Annotate PRO duplicates Comment Group dropdown menus – rendering Annotate unusable. Some users see double menus; some have seen tripling of menus!
We are still working to isolate this problem and reproduce it – so if you experience the problem we’d love to hear from you.
- The issue appears specific to Windows – so we think it’s an underlying issue with Internet Explorer 11 (which renders Annotate PRO inside of Microsoft Word).
- Clicking Refresh on the Annotate PRO Insert taskpane seems to resolve the issue – by refreshing the entire page.
We realize this is not an acceptable state of affairs and will be working to isolate the issue and work towards a complete resolution.
