Some Microsoft Vista users may receive the following message:

"You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine.  Log on as administrator and then retry the installation."

The problem is not with the Annotate installer as far as we can tell.

HOWEVER, this message is consistent with the security protection that is part of the "User Account Control" feature to Windows Vista.

To successfully install Annotate PRO you should:

• Close all programs except a browser
• Visit the following link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Turn-User-Account-Control-on-or-off
• Follow the instructions to turn UAC OFF (just momentarily)
• Install PRO
• Turn UAC back ON
• Open Word
• Confirm Annotate installed correctly
