You may find it convenient to review the Comment Libraries supplied with your edition of Annotate in a long list. Of course you'll need to edit your personal library by using the features provided with your version of Annotate.

• How can I save my Comment Library?
  Before upgrading to a new version of Annotate, or to use your personalized library on a different computer, you should copy your Library. Find out how.
• I've installed Annotate, but the buttons don't have any text and when I click one Microsoft Word crashes!
  Chances are you skipped the one of the steps required to run Annotate - it's the step that allows Annotate to access the database of comments. Simply close Word, install the necessary component, and restart Word - you'll be good to go.
• Annotate disappeared from Microsoft Word. What should I do?
  Don't reinstall Annotate if this happens. Annotate uses standard Microsoft add-in technologies to extend Word. Sometimes Word will 'forget' that Annotate is installed, and you might need to 'remind' it. Here's how.
